Spacious room. Near to the train station. I think the bathroom just got renovated, so it's really fun with a new shower.

Other guests can be very very noisy. and you can hear it very clear. I also smells someone cooking from my bedroom.

I am honestly confused about the bad ratings by others for this apartment. We stayed in the Deluxe family room Levante and the room was really neat, clean and comfortable. The apartment was tastefully done with nicely selected antique pieces and wall art. The bed in the bedroom inside was comfortable and the bedroom has an attached bathroom which was spotless. There are 2 TV units, one in the living space and another in the bedroom. Sufficient cupboard space and a spacious table rounded up the room well. There is a well maintained and clean common kitchen with all required kitchen appliances for a comfortable stay and sufficient cutlery and crockery to make and eat a proper meal. Though we didn't use it, the common area also had a washing machine that one could use. There were coffee pods and a Nespresso machine as well in the common kitchen and basic necessities such as sugar, salt and olive oil. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Having such an affordable room right beside the main train station is great. The reviews that talk about steep steps probably didn't realize that there is a road about 50 m away from the stairs. One could use the road to pull along suitcases instead of carrying them up the steps.

The attached bathroom was tiny but I can't really complain as it was neat and had everything needed.

It was close to the train station

To get to the building you have to walk up a steep hill, which should be made clear in the advertisement. The self check in instructions were not completely clear. The entry to the complex of rooms was not welcoming. The lockbox opened to a ring of 4 keys which were unmarked. The room was dirty, a wad of someone else’s hair wafted up when I set my suitcase down. The bathroom was down a dark hallway. When I messaged the manager to let them know about the condition of the room they told me they knew the cleaners did a perfect job. Essentially calling me a liar! The place was noisy and it felt like you had to lock your room door when you go to use the bathroom, again with unmarked keys so you had to fumble to lock the room door and again to lock the bathroom door.

Near to the public transport and city center

Very difficult to enter keys passwords even going to toilet you need to open door with a different key the directions in the entry is not enough the apartment and the house is very dark There Is not a bathroom in the room you need to use keys to enter to the bathroom The apartment is situated in a hill side and not suitable for walking Also parking is very expensive

I booked this apartment last minute due to a change in plans, and couldn't have been happier. The host was very helpful. It was a very spacious and comfortable apartment. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station, and also a short walk to the great old port area of Genoa.

It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room.

location about 3 mins from Genova Piazza Principe railway station. We had the bed, en-suite and television with Netflix so it was all we needed as only staying 2 nights
