The pool was nice, albeit quite murky, and it was in a great location.

We arrived at our room and the door didn’t lock as the key didn’t fit in the lock. We asked the receptionist to help us, he then said he didn’t believe us so came up to try himself. After it didn’t work he asked us to just leave our door unlocked. Due to personal preferences, we wanted to be able to lock our door so he then asked us to change rooms which of course is not a problem. It looked okay when we arrived so we went out for dinner and arrived back late. When we got back we realised there were lots of someone else’s dark hairs in the bed as well as stains and bits of dirt - it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned. As it was late we couldn’t ask to change room again or even for some clean sheets. The duvet itself didn’t even have a cover on.

A pool with a lot of chlorine, Aries drip, don't smile, cheat, turn off the air conditioning at midnight and at noon you roast and the bunks shake and hard balls, one night is good for several nights.

Excellent hostel. Short walk to all the happening nightlife, but lower key and more comfortable than nearby mega-hostel. Hot water in shower. Top level dorm quiet and cool inside. Big comfortable beds.

Very comfortable, the staff are very nice, everything is really clean. Very close to Pub street and markets, great location. Wifi works everywhere and is really good. Includes drinking water. Nice pool area. Totally recommend for travellers who are looking for a quiete and chill hostel to stay

The short cubicles are good but the toilet cubicles are far too small and uncomfortable

The location is alright. I did get a large bed

The bed wasn't clean. I was put in the rooftop so my lock was a bike lock which I need to lock in order to secure the top floor. THERE WAS NO RUNNING WATER ON MY BATHROOM! IT WAS 2:00AM I tried to make it work but no help in 2:40 I woke one of the staff, he solved the issue by telling me to use the public restroom which was in poor condition. I did it and in the next day I asked for some sort of compensation, that same staff member told me that it's an city infrastructure issue and this is not their problem, so he offered me nothing aside of staying more. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

En mi habitación había un señor mayor que no dejaba de hacer ruido ni comer en la cama, llegaba a altas horas de la noche (2; 3 o 4 am) y no me importaba que hayan otras personas durmiendo. Tendrían que prohibir estos comportamientos y además avisar que no se puede comer en las habitaciones. Una pena porque no pudo dormir la noche que me alojé aquí!
