It would have been 10/10 just an issue with the automatic light coming on when it shouldn’t. The mattress and pillows were amazing as were the amenities and location. The studio has everything you could possibly need and is beautiful

The external black out blind didn’t work so lots of light in the morning, obviously the balcony is what you get for a small city studio and the automatic light was really annoying. No one was a available t o contact outside of office hours

We highly appreciated the detailed instructions regarding the check-in details and all the relevant information provided by the host. The location is really very central, but cosy and quiet (or we were lucky to have heard practically no noise during this stay:)). Everything was impeccably clean, the design is pleasant and nice. The apartment had everything necessary, the coffee capsules and even the extra bags for rubbish.

There could be a small shelf in the bathroom to put the toiletries on. But this is not critical, of course:)

Good location. For last night before early morning ferry - taxis literally outside the front door and only 6.50 Euro to the port We booked cause we wanted a room with a washing machine

No washing liquid left - inconvenient to buy a bottle for 2 loads only For the price it should have been provided The mat in the bathroom was very dirty - obviously not washed with the towels and bedding as they were impeccable The cleaning staff needs to look beyond the obvious as the freezer was also iced up despite having a note to warn of this

Responsive hosts. Great location.

Uncomfortable pillows, not enough toilet paper provided (one roll was not enough for 2 people over 3 days), building itself had no power for a day and the lift was not working well/safely, and we were not given the building key upon our arrival but this was thankfully managed by the host.

It was perfectly clean nice and even had croissants, small gesture that makes you feel very welcome!

The shower head needs replacement and the soap dispenser needed too much efford to dispense small quantity.

Everything was superb. I could leave my luggage earlier and take it later. The owner was super nice and helpful.

The location is very convenient, it is at the city center and everything is close by. The apartment is quite nice and well decorated.

Regarding the cleanliness, me and my friend we were shocked when we saw the quilt being covered in semen, the towels and the bed sheets were dirty. Immediately we call the company who had the apartment and asked them to send someone to change them. In half an hour a couple of elderly people came in order to deal with our problem, the lady explained to us that they don’t wash the quilts every time that the tenants change. Regarding the service of this company was terrible, no one called us to apologise or to ask us if our problem was resolved. Regarding the safety, that was also terrible. At the last day (check out) we called them to ask were to leave the keys, no one answered the phone because was Sunday. Based on our previous experience we left the keys inside the apartment and we closed the door of the apartment. To our surprise we saw that the main door of the building was locked too and we didn’t have a way to get out of the building. We called couple of times to ask them for help but no one responded, it was Sunday. The voicemail prompted us to send an email to the agent if I was emergency, even after 10 hours no one called us back. After 1,5 hour that we were waiting we had to knock at the other doors of the building in order to find someone to open the door for us. We were thinking what would have happened in case of fire or earthquake, they locked the main entrance of the building which is forbidden. So, as a summary everything was terrible except the location.
