Ripped off! This building is in a major remodel phase. Tile floors are being busted out on several floors. Concrete demolition, water disruption nightly and the pleasure of dealing with pathological liars. Investigate this first before renting. No refund policy is in place for a reason. Second, I was not given the password for the wifi on arrival so I reset, gave the owner the new password and, of course, offered to change it back (see attached documentation). All three cancelations were before arriving and in accordance to BDcom policies. I traveled to Manila with a large sum of cash so arranged transportation was essential to avoid a random taxi driver.
