Sleepers Nest St Francis Bay

We had a wonderful stay overall. The location is perfect - convenient and well-positioned for a relaxing getaway. The house itself is incredibly spacious, with more than enough room to comfortably accommodate a large group. There are plenty of bathrooms, which made things very easy for everyone, and the ample parking was a big bonus. The property also felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Although the home is on the older side, it is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. A great option for bigger groups looking for space and a prime location.

While the property has great potential, there were a few areas that need attention. The electrics were a major concern, as very few of the main lights in the house were working - particularly in the downstairs area, where none were functional. (The DB board kept tripping). This made it difficult to comfortably use the downstairs bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and the pool table area at night. Only the bedside lamps were reliable. The outdoor lighting around the pool area was also not working, which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the space after dark. It would also enhance the overall experience if the property offered canoes or paddle boards, allowing guests to fully make use of and enjoy the canal.

The place is spacious and well looked after. Perfect getaway for a family

Location & size

The two balcony rooms where locked due to mold issue, we where not informed beforehand. The canoes in the photos are broken and has holes in them. Also didn’t know about it. Overall the place needs a proper clean.
