"Safe and quiet but uncomfortable"

Warm bedding. Quiet.

Flickering lights outside and in the bathroom. Flickering TV. Very spotty WiFi. Bed is bent out of shape and unstable, mattress shaped like a V and very uncomfortable. Appliances running on one plug and extension lead which caused the electricity to trip when in use. Mouldy wash basket/towel stand in the bathroom. No basics like teaspoons or cloth to wipe a spill. Very cramped. The photos on the website are outdated. You don’t get what you see on the photos.
