The Album Loft

Location was good, Loads of bars, shops and restaurants on the road so you don’t have to travel far and the staff are nice people.

The toilet was in the shower haha. Whilst showering the water splashes all over the toilet. but just a bit of a walk to get to beach. When it’s really hot it feels like it’s even longer lol.

Every thing was perfect at the property, very friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and good money value

The only thing that I didn’t like was the water pressure at the shower as it’s very low water pressure and it’s difficult to take a shower

The proximity to everything in patong

Rooms and bathroom not clean. Cleaning staff sit on the outside corridor steps on their phones...dont even stand up for us to pass them. Very lazy. Shower drain blocked...resulting in water flowing into bathroom floor over step Pool left to become green before adding chemicals Problem with water while we were there... couldn't shower as water was really brown. Flushing toilet was black water and smelly

When the pool wasn't green it was lovely

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning staff rush the room cleaning and sit on the step outside on their phones all day.

The room was large and the staff were really nice. We also were able to park which was great.

The pool wasn't usable.

Not bad seriously. The rooms and bed are confortable, air conditioner too. The girl from reception was so nice. But little expensive for what it is.

Swimming pool was dirty.
