The lack of security into the rooms. Obviously you would expect insects in this type of accomodation but the doors severely lack an effort to keep them out.

An der Rezeption wollten sie uns den doppelten Preis verrechnen! Konnten uns wehren indem wir unsere Buchungsdetails vorweisen. Bei Kartenzahlung muss man 5% mehr bezahlen. Cafe kostet 4 us dollar! Sensationelle Preise für Getränke Essenspreise alle ca im 10 Dollar sind ok 10 bett zimmer ist dreckig oben wenn man im oberen bett scklaeft. Zugang zum hotel ist lebensgefaehrlich steil!

ATSome of the rooms are beautiful, very good restaurant nearby! beautiful view of the lake and volcano close to all the big hostels here some of the staff is very nice and funny
it seemed quite chaotic! my first room was clearly newly built and not ready for guests. the bunk beds didn‘t have any ladders, we had no keys and/ or lockers for the room. the ladders arrived the following day though. also for my second room there were struggles with the keys and when we couldn‘t enter because no one was able to open the door the staff acted like it was our problem and not theirs.
NLAlles! Het eten en de locatie zijn een dikke tien! Proef vooral de chocolade!

DENLIt is a beautiful location and the room we booked looked really nice.
There A/C, so it can get a little hot. Food is really good, but a bit more expensive compared to other places. Breakfast is not included, but would be a nice addition.
