Very clean and comfortable apartment. Fully self contained and secure. Middle floor of the family home. Amazing cooked breakfast. Hosts warm and welcoming. Learn how real Georgian wine and chacha (vodka) is made if your timing is good. Catch a shuttle bus to and from the local shops. Not quite the countryside, however a very peaceful place to rest up for a while.

Would have liked to understood more of the history of Mr Avtos and his winery and his remaining wife and family amongst other questions, however very difficult as no one at the household spoke English.

Very difficult to get to. And not cheap. And staff, though very friendly, only spoke Georgian.

We echo the previous reviews and want to specifically call out the hospitality of the hosts. We had a bit of a communication barrier, since the owners only speak Georgian & Russian and no English, but they really went the extra mile making it comfortable to us and preparing us an incredible rich dinner upon our (late) arrival. We could also taste some wine and chacha. The accommodation is fine, comfortable and clean, but this family makes the difference in their warmhearted welcome to their guests.

We liked everything, but do want to warn other travelers about how to reach the accommodation; please be aware there is a street with a similar name in the center of Tbilisi (where we arrived first), while this venue is more in the outskirts of Tbilisi. Also Google Maps will not show you the rightway and will take yoi through dead end streets. When leaving the accommodation it’s actually very easy, so don’t know why Google Maps seems to be unable showing the right direction. Youjust want to ask locals to show the right way when in the neighborhood
