The place was generally tidy, but definitely not clean. The kitchen was greasy, windows were dirty, there were stains on the walls and sheets, and mold in the shower. I even had to buy bleach to clean the shower before we could use it. Just not the cleanest stay.

Loved the caravan very spacious and comfortable

The keys were stored in a key box, the code was sent prior to check in via message from the host. The details were precise and easy to follow.

The caravan was in a very poor state of repair, the outside veranda was very dirty with broken skirting and leaning away from the van. Inside, the van was extremely tired and the standard of cleaning was very poor. The kitchen was the worst area with the laminate peeling from all the cupboards, grease at the back of the hob and the extractor was filthy. The dish drainer, fridge & freezer were going rusty with the milk tray broken. The master bedroom was damp with mold along the outer wall skirting board, the wardrobe was damp. The curtains in the bedrooms, and at the patio doors were moldy. The light pulls in the bathrooms were black with dirt, the blinds in both the main bathroom & the en-suite were broken and filthy, a spotlight was out, sink plug was broken, extractor fan was broken in the main bathroom. There were cobwebs in every room above head height, everywhere was covered in dust. Overall this is far from a luxury caravan as marketed. Too many faults to list, needs a lot of investment to bring up to standard claimed.

It is a nice place

There was no Internet and no shower mat my partner fell in the shower because of no shower mat and she got brushing on her back and arms not good

Breakfast not applicable (Provided our own). Hosts very friendly and helpful, went beyond duty to assist us. The cabin was exceedingly comfortable, beautifully kept and our dog really felt at home there!

Noise was questioned - OK except the family that moved into the next cabin had very noisy and (understandably} excited children. Minor issues: The cabin location was a little far from the facilities and transport - would not have been a problem had we travelled by car. There was a street lamp outside out bedroom window, which shone into the room, making it a little too bright to sleep easily. Obviously not the fault of the hosts. Otherwise all was fine.

The location was brilliant and you have everything you need in the caravan

The caravan was dirty the first night I couldn’t sleep on the pull out bed in the living room because it was full of bits and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned we had to vacuum it ourselves, we couldn’t see out of the patio doors leading onto the decking because it looked like they haven’t been cleaned so we had to give them a wipe down there was lots of dust on all the furniture. It just looked like it hadn’t had a really good clean for a while which was disappointing.

Not a lot

The caravan was dirty, the decking was broken, the lock was a nightmare, the cooker hood was covered in oil, doors were covered in dust and grime, more details need to put in the advert regarding the site and facility details. Massively overpriced in my opinion

The chalet was gorgeous, I want to live there, Absolutely spotless, I was with my sister who is a housekeeping area manager for a 4* hoteĺ company , She was also impressed,

I didn't think that it was very well signposted to get to individual chalets, But we did leave little markers to find our way back,
