Owner viz. Vishal was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Location is best as you can travel Baga and Calangute beach by walk. Well maintained parking area for 4 wheeler as well two. Rooms were spacious i.e 5 members can easily accommodate in a room which includes two beds along with A/C and clean washroom. Overall, one of the best properties/stay in goa. Recommended anytime!

"Good for budget stay, food strictly go out and eat."

Place is budget friendly. Most of the rooms available were triple bed which could accommodate a family in each room. Parking facility is ample to park 4-5 cars.

Food service is strictly no. We ordered food which was given in plastic parcel bags. No cuttlery was able, taste is also not that good. Better to look out for sit and eat restaurants.
