Owner is too arrogant. He doesnt need customers it seems and had used bad words with my family member. I have booked stay for 3 days however with restrictions, i left one day earlier. Towels were going to washed only once and refused to provide new ones.Lots of insects were in room. Rooms doesnt have in room dining, neither drinks nor any beveragres. Lot of restrictions. Food to be taken outside only. No dedicated space for leisure. Food quality is worst. Breakfast has only 1 item. Please dont waste your money going here.Also this place is 15 kms away from guhaghar beach.

Good location Clean cottages Good food Host Sajesh is very nice person, even though he was out of station when we arrived at homestay he ensure that we get atmost facilities and care. Always recommended when in Guhagar.

The location was a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, surrounded by lush greenery with mango trees, coconut and betel nut palms, and cashew trees adding to the tropical charm. It was the perfect setting for a peaceful breakfast, immersed in nature's beauty.

Needed wifi connection

The ambience was very good. The owners interest was seen in making everything to the perfection in terms of design & quality of the rooms. The Romeo music bar is a perfect late evening leisure space with Karoke & music system. The Machan fixing for eating was superb.

Though the owner may have had some bad experiences, he shall not treat all customers with untrust. The food quality was ok ok.
