Luxury touches, nice linen, lovely kitchen, comfy sofas. The Christmas tree was a nice touch, thank you.

It would be good to have a Bluetooth speaker for playing music.

Location was perfect, handy for shops, pubs and castle

Stairs were very steep so had to take extra special care!

The Bakery is in a superb location in Arundel, in the village centre. Very close walking distance to all (Arundel Castle etc), shops, restaurants etc. The charming house itself has a high finish and is luxurious in terms of facilities/comfort, decorating style, space incl a yard with outdoor seating and cushions/parasols, two fridges etc. etc. After asking the neighbours we found out that on-street parking (a bit further on) is free.

We expected more at the price we paid (we only stayed two nights so the cleaning charge (GBP 125) is relatively high on a per day basis) , also as we were contacted twice by the Butler Collection Concierge (nice touch). While the kitchen provided two french coffee makers, only instant coffee granules were provided (and the supermarkets in the village don't sell roasted coffee), no placemats, napkins, nor kitchen towels, the counter seating area in the kitchen barely sits 4 people (and stools are too high for the counter), some kitchen essentials were not provided (colander, teapot) and we could not get the oven to work and did not have any manual to assist us. The bay windows in the living room looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a long time and the front of the house looks in need of some touch ups. The instructions for checkout were to empty all the rubbish ourselves (!). So all in all a bit of a mixed experience yet easily fixable.

Pristine condition. Home away from home. Everything you could need. Amazingly comfy beds and very central to a beautiful village full of character and fabulous restaurants

A Sonos would have been a bonus but other than that everything was 5 star
