Molto carino, a due passi dal mare e dalla fermata dell’autobus, inoltre ci sono molti mini market dove fare la spesa. L’appartamento è abbastanza spazioso e comodo

Purtroppo essendo in un vicolo l’appartamento non è molto luminoso e non ci sono molte finestre.

L’host, Nunzia, è davvero eccezionale! Gentilissima, disponibilissima, tempestiva nelle risposte e in caso di bisogno: bravissima. La location è perfetta, a un passo dal mare e dal centro di Letojanni. Buona anche la pulizia dell’appartamento.

Noi eravamo al piano terra, ma purtroppo a causa della struttura dell’edificio sembrava più un seminterrato, quindi c’era pochissima luce, poche finestre “utili” e l’ambiente risultava un po’ umido. Purtroppo anche il letto era scomodo, nonostante la presenza del topper, e il bagno un po’ piccolino.

Piccola amzi piccolissima per 4 persone .Le ragazze stavano in uno sgabuzzino solo un climatizzatore vecchio in cucina nn si respirava dovevamo dormire tutti con le porte aperte.Lavatrice nn funzionabile e struttura nn pulita .Una vera delusione anche perchè il prezzo nn era poco ma bensi 1330 euro una vergogna per una casa cosi vergogna .Letti scomodi cuscini duri Una VERA VERGOGNA…

Well-equipped apartment just a few steps from the beach. Good restaurants nearby.

Low water pressure in the shower, it was barely usable. No terrace/balcony and only paid parking available, a bit farther from the apartment.

Apartment location and equipment decent plus nice shared roof balcony, but cannot function in apartment with dripping, leaking hotwater heater causing minor flood in bathroom spilling out to hallway. Property manager explained problem as minor just hours before we arrived, but we spent 2days adjusting and emptying drip basins and mopping floor. We requested 50% or 1night refund which manager and owner refused, although neither visited site to see magnitude of problem. They claimed we used facility and towels so we owed them full price in defective apartment. We had not encountered such abuse by property managers anywhere else in Sicily over 5wks. Otherwise we experienced great reception by many other locals in Letojanni.

Property manager and owner offered reasonable well equipped apartment, but refused to recognize severe problem of leaking hotwater heater for 2days during our stay. Manger claimed small problem just hours before our arrival, but we doubt she ever visited property. We adjusted utility sink and emptied drip basins for 2days, plus mopped floor to prevent small flood into the hallway. We were careful to avoid power use on wet floors to avoid any shocks. Finally last day AM repairs were effected, but we endured some apartment dysfunction for 2days. We requested 50% or 1night refund, but owner declined. BOOKING.COM claimed they could not contact owner although manager responded to us on WHATSapp to dismiss our requests. BOOKING.COM should intervene in this situation and refund us and stop underwriting this property for rent. Nunzia (cleaning and vacation house service) 393476527473 easy to contact.
