Sea Breeze III

Absolutely loved our stay at these apartments! The location is perfect, just steps away from the ocean, restaurants and a mini-market. The apartment was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, equipped with all the necessary appliances. Everything is brand new and designed for maximum comfort. Every detail in the interior is thoughtfully arranged. The owner is incredibly friendly and always available. We had a wonderful and comfortable vacation here.

The apartment was great, everything was new and nice, the kitchen was probably the best equipped I have seen during my travels so far, so we didn't miss anything while cooking some of our meals. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine available. There is no air-conditioning, but we didn't need it at all. A small supermarket is located just downstairs, but we mainly got groceries from larger pingo doce (5 minute car drive). We never had a problem with parking the car in front of the apartment, if we didn't find a spot along the street (which is free) there is always an option to park at the blue marked spaces which are paid only during on weekdays (8-19). It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

There are some restaurants just below the apartment which can get a bit noisy later in evening, so we had to keep the balcony window mostly closed during the night. I also recommend keeping bread or anything sweet in the fridge, because one morning we were surprised by some ants on the countertop and also in cabinets.

Pulizia perfetta da 10 punti. Rinovato, arredato con buon gusto, è tutto nuovo di buona qualità. Iluminatisssimo. Cucina con tanti eletrodomestici, grande frigorifero e frizer. Sotto la casa alimentari, bar, ristoranti, a 300 metri le spiagge libere e lungomare. C'è anche una "piscina naturale" poco profonda, senza le onde e sicura per i bambini e disabili (rampa). Dietro la casa c'è fermata bus 155 che porta a Funchal fino alla teleferica per Monte. A Funchal sulla fermata c'è grande scritta CANICO, sul bus PUNTA OLIVIERA. Viaggio dura 40 minuti, con bus expres 20 minuti. Costa 2,20€. (Lo scrivo, perchè non è facile comprendere come girano gli autobus. Lascio la foto del orario. ) Per aeroporto bisogna prendere taxi 25€.

Boa localização, lugar tranquilo e sossegado. Bens e serviços próximos, local muito agradável.

Angenehme Gastgeber, Schönes Ein-Zimmrt-Appartement, gut ausgestattet mit moderner Küche und schönes Bad.

Lage, da unten mehrere Restaurants sind und meistens bis 03:00 Uhr früh noch Lärmpegel war. Leider war keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Aufgrund der Hitze haben wir aus diesem Grnd nachts die Fenster offen gelassen.

The only thing missing would be AC

The street near apartments is "deadend" so quite low traffic. On the oher side, first floor of all near buildings have caffes, restaurants, pubs, so at the weekends quite populated and noisy - but it depends on what you want. You can close windows and doors to balcony and it becomes dead silent. But because in apartment is not installed air conditioning you offen willing to keep windows open :) The all kitchen stuff included, all almost new. Washing machine and some washing powder. Room includes a lot of towels - no chance you need more :D You can find very nice walking-chilling area near ocean only couple hundred meters away from apartmens. There is alot groceries and small shops for food and other needed stuff. The owner Miguel and his daughter very friendly and kind.

With closed windows on weekends, missed some airflow, but not big deal :) There is a lot of cars, so as in all cities there is some issues with parking - if you are lucky you can get free spot on other street side, otherwise on marked in blue its costs € 0,50 per hour fro 8:00-19:00. You can park at evening in charged place, but need to repark at the morning :) Also no big deal, just small nuances.
