"Our stay was very unpleasant"

The place is horrible. The host is not helpful at all, she couldn’t even give me directions to the house. Failed to assist with the tv which wasn’t working for the entire stay. We slept in an unlocked house on night 1 cause she didn’t leave the keys to the garage door leading into the house and the garage itself doesn’t lock. The towels were dirty. We have used booking.com for years and have never experienced anything like this.

"Smart, a bit cramped with some teething problems"

Newish smart unit, huge beds, good location.

Rooms are cramped, check-in procedures need to be sorted out. Unit number, key safe code, entry details weren't provided in advance despite my requesting them. Advertised a private pool but it is a communal pool in the complex
