Close to a bus stop, good view from Patio

Some dishes were dirty, shower was a little weird but adequate; initially not the best communication with owner but got better

The manager was very easy to talk to and quickly returned questions. The view from the terrace of this particular room is spectacular. Half way through our ten days stay, he volunteered water and cleaning which we declined. (See below comments) He was equally very kind, when I broke a dinner plate. The facility has laundry access, which was great to have.

The apartment felt unkept at the moment of arrival. The kitchen and bathroom were dirty, meaning every surface of shelves and counter tops were grimey, the stove knobs sticky and the microwave inside caked with food splatters. Both toilets were black around the porcelain base part and all the dresser drawers unusable, because they came apart, when we attempted to open them. Whoever is cleaning, is doing just a very superficial job. Since we had booked this place for 10 days, we ended up cleaning the above items ourselves. The kitchen faucet was not easy to use, as it was not completely tied into its position. We are hoping that this review is stimulating some necessary changes, which would make this Airbnb a great location to stay in the center of SMA.

Great location with a beautiful view. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

The upstairs neighbor didn’t want any noise at all whatsoever even though we were traveling with our 2 year old 3 year old and 4 year old.

The location is right at The Mirador (lookout). It was a perfect view from the gigantic terrace. Everything was in great and comfortable shape. Wifi was first rate. Thanks Richard.

The apartment was a bit uphill, but one is well rewarded.
