MYI've already booked then when I and family arrive at the apartment, I call too many times, but the property owner did not answer my calls. So, how come I want to take the apartment's key. Very very bad attitude as property owner. If you cannot answer the phone, please pull out your apartment advertisement in booking.com. You imagine me and my family already exhausted and want to take rest, but the property owner did not answer my calls.
