Sehr gut ausgestattetes und sauberes Apartment, tolle Lage (3 Minuten bis zum See). Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, alles hat perfekt geklappt!

It was very clean and modern. The owner was very friendly and understanding.

Completely renovated apartment, meeting all expectations - actually surprised us a lot. We felt like at home - not kidding. Cleanliness was at great level and apartment had all facilities we could imagine for normal family stay. As many people wrote in other reviews - owner Luca is really caring and friendly guy. All information provided by him was easily understandeable and exactly as described. We would like to thank him for the stay. Also location is really nice - if You are not from mountainous area, You will be really surprised by the feels of this area. Big plus is that Dervio is really cheap area - Pizzas cost 8-12 euros, scoop of icecream was 1,5-2 euros (July 2025). Easiest and most beautiful (and adventurous way for dryland rats like us) way to get to villages like Bellagio is by ferry. Its cheap, fast, great. Location is 10/10 of both - Dervio town/village and apartment within it as well. Everything was close.

I cant write about some negatives, as in this accomodation we really didnt find any. Thanks Luca!

We loved the location - so close to the main towns of the lake but quiet. Supermarket a 3 minute walk away. Parking space very handy. Kitchen fully equipped and the whole apartment is modern and clean. We had our 7 month old with us and we were supplied with a high chair and cot. Lots of storage space and the whole apartment was very functional - hooks and mirrors where you need them, a washing machine, a clothes airer and much more! Balcony was great - gets the sun in the evening which was lovely to come home to after a day exploring. We would 100% recommend.

All was good

The place and location was very good. The stay was good and met our expectations.

Only Small disadvantages: Bed sheets were of poor quality loud material, no kitchen paper and few ants in the kitchen.

The apartment is perfect—inside, you will find everything you need. It is clean, big, and has a nice kitchen. It also has a nice balcony, which is not really understandable from the photos. The owner is nice —Luca. Thanks!
