"Good potential for B&B but should do better for the money."

Good location and free/unlimited local car parking.

Poor quality mattress - very thin, could feel the springs. No hot water at the wash basin. Very basic continental breakfast - no fresh coffee only instant. All do it yourself with a kettle/cup arrangement.
