"Lovely local hotel great for views of Fuji"

Very near the lake and walking distance to good eateries

Old fashioned and tired rooms but would have a great view of Mt Fuji only for the weather

Room was very big and clean, robes and towels were provided and changed every day. Onsen was lovely and not oversubscribed. Shuttle collected us from Kawaguchiko station for free, however this is only available after check-in time.

Features were a bit dated and hotel in general could do with a bit of TLC.

"很开心的一次入住"

地理位置非常好，在房间里就可以看到富士山，非常漂亮，酒店周围环境很好很适合在湖边散步，工作人员也很友好，帮忙解决很多麻烦，例如教我们如何乘巴士去各个景点，时间如何，酒店还可以提供免费的接送服务，只要跟前台预定就可以了，非常感谢

设施有点旧，如果可以翻新一下就更完美了

宿泊代が安い。 送迎の時間が過ぎていたが送迎してくれた 温泉が広かった

旅館が古いせいか内線電話がつながらなかった。 湯吞茶碗はあったが、グラスがなかった

河口湖の目の前で立地がよかった。 徒歩圏内にコンビニもあったので便利でした。大浴場の湯加減が最高でした。

お部屋に付いてるお風呂の風呂釜の色が金色ラメでとても入る気になれなかった。大浴場があるから問題なしですが。
