Everything was fine; it was a spacious room.

We checked out of the hotel at 10 am; the shuttle to the station was packed. We had to take a taxi. This shouldn’t be the case. If the hotel promises a free shuttle to the station, it should provide one.

Excellent hotel, with a great location. Huge rooms with a view of Fuji! Inexpensive breakfast. Very nice staff, above all praise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cheap price around mt Fuji area. Nice location.

Bidet doesn’t have functional. A little bit uncomfortable when using the toilet.

La vue sur le Fuji-san était fabuleuse, la chambre est grande avec une grande zone sur tatami, parfaite avec un bébé (attention aux panneaux bois/papier ). La machine de massage de pieds dans le onsen était géniale !! Il y a possibilité de louer des vélos directement à l'accueil de l'hôtel pour faire le tour du lac

Le onsen/sento est un peu quelconque surtout au vue de la grande salle de bain dans la chambre
