"MOLDY & DIRTY apartment"

The view was beautiful. The washing machine and the kettle were clean.

The apartment smelled like mold, because the kitchen cabinets were full with lots of mold inside. That is a serious hazard on health! The sofa, table, carpets, pillows, bathroom was dirty. Found other people's hair. There were no towels, but no hot water either. The balcony support was so rusty that actual parts were missing. That is an actual safety risk! I texted the owner, but got feedback (not help, not answer) after 4 days when i told the property management about the situation. The caretaker was there on my second day, with the help of the receptionist and took pictures, didn't offer any help or cleaning, disappeared to call the owner and after 10 minutes came back, told me to cancel the booking and left! HORRIBLE experience. Ruined my vacation, had to get a last minute new apartment, of course more expensive. When I complained to booking they asked for pictures, i provided all, then came back to me with the message that they didn't get to an agreement with the owner and gave me a 10% gift. I DON'T WANT THE 10%, I WANT A FULL REFUND! AT LEAST! The apartment was not as listed and it is uninhabitable! The owner or booking should have canceled it, and help me find a clean place to stay. But no. Horrible experience.
