Καλός χωρος και καθαρός, value for money, πολύ καλή η τοποθεσία.

Υπάρχουν αστείες αστοχίες. 2 καρέκλες για 4μελη οικογένεια, έλλειψη dispenser στο μπάνιο, μανταλάκια στις απλωστρες, σπασμένο πιγκάλ, καναπές χωρίς μαξιλάρια, μόνο 4 κρεμαστρες κλπ. Φυσικά έλλειψη ασανσέρ και 4 όροφοι.

Γενικά όλα ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση .. Καλό σημείο για να πας στο κέντρο της πόλης .. εύκολο παρκάρισμα μπροστά στην οικοδομή..

Όποιος παρατηρεί στα σχόλια… ο 4ος όροφος χωρίς ανσασερ είναι σοβαρό μειονέκτημα..

Πολύ ωραίο κι άνετο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για 3 άτομα που ήμασταν εμείς. Καθαρό με όλες τις ανέσεις και θέα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πάρα πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε οτι ζητήσαμε. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.
