Comfortable and roomy, in Sonsonate

I didn't like the entrance, that to leave to go across from the shopping center you had to drive somewhat far to make a u turn..

The house is newish, although rough around the edges, the interior designer needs shooting

🔥🔥 BED BUGS AVOID AVOID AVOID 🔥🔥 On arrival to the property, all seemed OK, apart from location. The next morning, we woke to find ourselves riddled with bed bug bites, it was disgusting. We made a small mark on a bed sheet from spilling some tea (would have easily come off in the wash, which is presumably done between guests), out of courtesy, we brought it o the attention of the (control freak) owner, only for him to charge us, out of the booking deposit. You only need to read the reviews to see it's any excuse to charge. Owner also makes you pay, not through booking.com, but some other portal giving him control of the deposit and thus allowing him to do and charge as he wishes. Do yourself a favour and choose somewhere else, plenty of lovely places with genuine owners around.

It’s looked to be a newly developed property in a residential gated complex. Highly secure and quiet area.

We weren’t informed until arrival there wasn’t any hot water in the property. Could really have done with it after climbing Santa Ana Volcano.

It was conveniently located, it’s so big and roomy, the air conditioning worked really well, the washer and dryer were amazing to have, and the owners anticipated most everything we would need.

It would have been nice to have more seating in the downstairs area for watching tv. It’s meant to sleep 6 people, but the couch fits 2 comfortably, and 3 if you want to get cozy with each other. There’s no Hot water. We didn’t mind the lack of hot water in the sinks or washing machine, but it sure would have been nice to have a warm shower, even if it was an electric water heater in only one shower. We would have happily taken turns to have a warm shower.
