Elaia's Villas Hot Tub & Seaview

We had a truly wonderful stay at Elaia’s Villas Hot Tub & Seaview! 🌿☀️ The villa is beautiful – very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The view is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset – it’s the kind of place where you just want to sit back and take it all in. 🧡 The location is perfect – peaceful and relaxing, yet still close to everything. It was the ideal spot for a quiet getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend – we’d love to come back! 💫

We had an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience at this property. Despite having fully paid for our stay through Booking.com approximately 15 days in advance, the owner's mother confronted us aggressively, claiming we had not paid. She did not check the booking records or verify the situation properly. What followed was completely inappropriate: she began shouting at us, physically tried to block our car from leaving, and even placed her hand on us in an apparent attempt to detain us. We showed proof of payment through the Booking.com app, but she continued screaming “pay, pay, pay” without trying to understand or resolve the situation calmly. She did not speak English well, which only escalated the misunderstanding. Eventually, she called her son (the property owner), and after speaking with him over the phone, we were finally allowed to leave. However, by that point, the damage was done — we were shaken, humiliated, and emotionally disturbed by the entire ordeal and all before an upcoming 12 hour travel by car to reach home. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and should never happen to any guest. It was one of the most traumatizing travel experiences we’ve ever had. Regardless of any internal miscommunication or error, nothing justifies being screamed at, harassed, or physically confronted. We cannot recommend this property under any circumstances.

The holiday home is new. Very nicely and functionally equipped. The air conditioning works perfectly. The location is pleasant. The view from the terrace is perfect. Access to the first two beaches by car is 5 minutes, and to the town of Parga approx. 20 min. The host is helpful, actually great, especially his mother, who gave us the key. Thanks again for a pleasant 4-day stay.

The kitchen may be a bit small, but it is very well equipped.

Very clean, matched the photos, great location.

Wifi is basically non existent, signal is good but the speed is 1mbps on speedtest so Netflix doesn't really work on the TV and we had to use personal hotspot. LOTS of mosquitos too so had to keep everything closed and spray ourselves every 6 hours.
