Everything about this place was efficient and convenient. The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was great, I enjoyed the buffet dinner (great value for the price) and it was quiet. I slept well.

Rooms were fine clean and spacious.
The staff in the restaurant were extremely rude and insecure. They wouldn’t let us view the buffet without paying first. Price is okay but my guests are visiting foreigners and vegetarian so I needed to know if the buffet was suitable for them? In the end they refused to serve us. Shocking behavior and it will be reported to KTO and the hotel owner.

The room and bad was pretty big.
No soap in the bathroom, but you could buy it separately. The room was not completely clean and the walls are hearthrough. Staff spoke no English at all and did not really seem to try to communicate in any other way.
