Otium Renovated Near The Beach Free Snacks

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. The location is in the heart of the Condado Beach busy area with all the other hotels. It's one block away from the beach so definitely a plus. The apartment was spacious, quiet and clean. The bedding was comfortable.

I had difficulty accessing the key because the lockbox in the instructions was empty, but did I get assistance from the property manager who answered the phone and resolved the issue by text ultimately. Slight stressful start. The wifi was slow even though there seem to receivers in both rooms. The TV wasn't connected. There is a reason why there are opaque curtains on the windows- because it basically looks out onto back alleys and sidewalk- not a dealbreaker if you're not there for views. It's in a remaining building on the seemingly last block not taken over by large hotels. But my stay inside was very comfortable- minus the wifi issue. It's very affordable for the area, so that's fine.

Location was the best. In the middle of everything, walking distance to park, beach, restaurants, pharmacy, bars. Everything! Also the apartment was clean. And the communication with the host was easy. Also they provided beach chairs that were very handy. Knowing that every other place in this location is much more expensive. This is a good value for the money.

The noise in the apartment. The windows are very old with gaps in them. You can hear everything happening outside. There is also only 3 outlets in the whole apartment. The shower does not get hot, just warm. There is no spot to put your shampoo or body wash in the shower. Also no hooks for clothes in the bathroom. The internet in the living room is super slow. Only can use wifi in the bedroom.
