The location was fair, although on the outskirt of town.

Although the premises was clean and acceptable, the decor can do with some upgrade.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Pool was great although it could have been cleaner. Beds and towels were clean.

The whole house had a bit of a off-putting smell. The furniture was uncomfortable. The kettle was very dirty so I could not make coffee or tea or boil/sterilize water for baby bottles. The oven and oven grill did not seem to work. The fridge did not cool much at all even at the highest setting, we used the freezer for most things. Sink in kitchen smelt like sewerage. Showers were difficult to use properly. There was only 1 portable AC and the house was extremely hot so I struggled to sleep. Property seemed like a standalone house on description and on photos but there was another cottage on the property. House is in a progress project, while I understand it, it does not make for a pleasant stay at this point in time.

Honestly, there’s nothing I liked about the place — the furniture’s old, kitchen cupboards are grimy, bathrooms need dustbins, and the green pool was a total letdown. It’s a shame because the location has potential, but as it stands it didn’t meet our expectations.

Thanks for having us, but the interior conditions fell short of what we expected. The furnishings look quite worn, the kitchen cupboards are dirty, and the bathrooms need dustbins for used toiletries. Unfortunately, the pool was green, so we couldn’t use it. The property has great potential, but it would benefit from a full upgrade.

The rooms had enough beds to accommodate all 7 of us. The house was clean. It’s not far from food facilities. There’s a swimming pool to cool off the heat which was much needed.A good place to rest and continue with your journey, host was friendly

The beds were too hard and stiff, I guess it’s because they were new.

The staff was very friendly.

The place is old and it was smelly as well the towels.

Hosts made it easy to check in and check out. Kids loved the place. We felt safe and rested well on our way to Cape Town. We would definitely stop over again if the given the chance. The place looked exactly like in the pictures.
