"This not what I expected from Hilton."

I got to the room and began to wonder if they actually know that "Raymond" is in the room and not "Michael". The land line in the room did not work. After reporting it I was told that "I will get you a discount". Nothing became of that. With no land line or luck on my cell, I could not call to find out about Wifi. I can only say "I think" because they thought my name was Michael, I could not get connected on to wifi. After reporting it, nothing became of that request.

"I liked the handicap accessible room. They had only 1 elevator working, causing 20 min. delays."

We had to pay $43.00 for parking. This is ridiculous. If I had known this before, I would not have stayed there.
