The room and the gym

The hotel wanted to charge 20$/night parking and it was stated 15$ in the App. The restaurant lady was very rude to check guests vouchers, are there many guests cheating the hotel? I wanted some hot water and she shout at me NO HOT WATER. But in the end the other young lady gave me hot water from the coffee making machine. The room was not made and the front desk explained to me that HOUSE KEEPERS COME TO MY ROOM TWICE BUT THEY COULDN'T GET IN, THE DOOR WAS LOCK INSIDE??? This is so much ridiculous and she even told me she was not sure the house keeper told her the truth or not. Or, it's a very bad liar, I am a guest and I could get in/out of the room with my key/card many times, all the time without any problem, why couldn't hotel staff get in? The last day we met better front desk staff who are more professional attitude and friendly but it was already the last day of our stay.
