Selim was so helpful with getting around the city and buying bus tickets. He made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Awesome front desk staff Thank you so much! We would stay again and we did already!!

Location might be uncomfortable for some people with gambling place close by but it didn’t affect us at all. No worries

Good location. Good size room.

The room was too hot making it uncomfortable to sleep or be in the room. The split AC unit didn’t work/no controller. The toilet didn’t flush. The stairwell smelled like sewage.

The breakfast was at the lower end of what to expept from a 3-star hotel, just passed as such: more variety would be needed for the breakfast.

The room was very fine, but the staff did not make up the room before we the last day discovered that they would lonly do so if/when we displayed the green ligth outside, which we had not been told about, so we were forced to collect toilet paper and water on our own 3 days ourselves, and the leading staff did not draw any conclusion from my complaints in this respect. The staff apparently hid their thir poor command of English behind doing things "in a rush".

Rooms is small but comfortable. Best bed I have slept in this trip. Really this hotel was everything we needed for a one night stay in transit. Across the road is an excellent Cafe/Restaurant for dinner. Staff pleasant and extremely helpful.

Nothing really. Only took a mark off facilities for the size of the room but it was still of high presentation.
