Sadly, overlooks a massive building site (Nov 2025), what used to be the bay. As such rooms are wrongly advertised with sea view. However if you want cheap accommodation it’s worth a look. Go to a nearby cafe for breakfast.

The staff was extremely kind, they helped us in every situation possible. We had scheduling problems, so they booked a cruise and a bus back for us for a great deal.The room was great, clean and spacious. The location is basically the best you can get. I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

The sea view is currently obstructed due to large construction sites. I can't really blame the hotel for that but I would recommend adding this information to the booking web page.

Tiene buena ubicación, cercana al centro y a 20 minutos andando del puerto de Ben Beo. La habitación era muy amplia, eso ofrece comodida.

El personal debería hablar algo de inglés básico. El desayuno no es recomendable. Es mejor salir fuera a la calle. En cuanto a la limpieza habían sábanas y toallas con manchas de algún tinte…. Eso deberían cuidarlo.

Early Check in was possible

Overall, our stay was disappointing. The ocean view shown in the photos no longer exists – there is now a large, very noisy construction site directly in front of the hotel, which will probably continue for quite some time. Instead of the sound of the sea, you get construction noise starting at 5:30 a.m., and the balcony doors are barely insulated. The room was spacious, but the duvets were never covered during our entire stay. The bathroom was a bit grimy, and there was a lot of rust in the sink. Breakfast is not served in a restaurant as shown in the pictures, but downstairs in the lobby on folding chairs. There are only two simple dishes, one of them being three slices of toast with a fried egg and a couple of tomato slices – very uninspired. The coffee was instant coffee. The staff was okay, not particularly friendly, and spoke no English. Their appearance was rather unprofessional. When we booked our bus back to Hanoi through the hotel, we were also given the wrong departure time despite asking several times. Also, the beachfront location is no longer accurate – the construction site has completely destroyed the nearby beaches. To reach a nice beach, you have to walk about 30 minutes, so staying at a hotel on the other side of the road is definitely the better option. Overall, not recommended, mainly because of the construction site, the loss of the beach, and the disappointing service.
