LOVED the A/C in every room, although the living room A/C seemed to not be cooling. Maybe I was doing something wrong? Even so, the other units more than made up for it. Also -- i LOVED that there were so many nice restaurants within a short walk. And the terrace offered amazing sunset views over the little harbor.

At first approach, the building itself seemed a bit run down, maybe in need of a coat of paint, but once we got to the unit it was freshly remodeled and spectacular.

View, modern, calm.

The cleaner should inform the owner when there are problems that must be fixed. Small problems: 1: a small leakage of water drops under the sink can become a problem for the owner. The pipes were going to separate but i tightened the screw so now they are in order. But it can happen again. 2: Must be a bucket standing under the aircon where water comes out on the balcony or there will be lots of water out there on the floor. So always put the cleaners bucket under. And also a big plastic box with water is standing on the other side outdoors: The cleaner must empty this soon. Otherwise the owner will have a problem with water on the balcony.

A wonderful, modern, and very well-equipped apartment with air-conditioned rooms, comfortable beds, a huge fantastic terrace, and a breathtaking view over the bay. The contact with the host was extremely friendly and straightforward.

Fantastic little apartment right in front of the sea, with a large terrace. The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated, with fun little touches. It had all the amenities one would expect plus more (coffee, sugar, salt, spices, several board games), A/C in every room, a comfy couch and very comfortable beds. The location is great, in a super quiet neighbourhood but just a few blocks from the port and restaurants. The house was very helpful, the instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, and replied instantly to any questions I asked. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it (or return)!

No actually complaints, but to mention something: There's a club on the other side of the bay that can be pretty loud on the weekend, so if you plan on chilling on the terrace after dinner, it's worth taking into account (no issues in terms of sleeping though). There was no shampoo or body gel (this isn't a complaint and is hardly worth mentioning, but since all of the apartments I've stayed at in Greece have had it, I didn't bring my own)

Our stay at this apartment during our April 2024 vacation was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was not only conveniently provided with all the amenities we needed but also offered breathtaking views of the beachfront. It was just perfect for our family of three. Moreover, being just a stone's throw away from the marina, we had easy access to a wide array of restaurants and cuisines, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the spacious balcony, providing both shade and a serene spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of our surroundings. Overall, the apartment impressed us with its cleanliness, modern amenities, and cozy atmosphere, enhancing our vacation experience tremendously. I must extend my heartfelt gratitude to Theodor, who was in charge during our stay. His exceptional hospitality and gracious demeanor truly made a difference. He was always prompt in addressing our inquiries and went above and beyond by accommodating us for an extra day, without any additional charge, when our flight got canceled unexpectedly. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a delightful vacation. Thank you, Theodor, for making our stay truly memorable!"

Very clean, modern apartment with a lovely large balcony overlooking the sea, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking. 20 minutes drive from the airport and lot’s of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Loved my stay here and would definitely return.
