Modern Apartment in the Heart of Bucharest

La posizione centralissima, letti comodissimi, appartamento accogliente.

C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo ma la pulizia non era eccellente, diverse imperfezioni nel mobilio e accessori. Miscelatore del lavandino instabile e quasi rotto, alcuni scaffali con polvere, assenza di tapparella in una delle due stanze e termostato termosifone che non alzava la temperatura rendendo l'ambiente freddo, maniglia porta che cadeva ad ogni apertura. Nell'altra stanza la tapparella della finestra era instabile, si abbassava da sola avendo problemi nella cordicella. Struttura da 10 e lode se non avesse tutte queste piccole pecche. Un gran peccato che non si curino questi problemi peraltro facilmente risolvibili e che sicuramente renderebbero l'appartamento eccellente. Cmq rapporto qualità/prezzo buono

Todo muy limpio y completas las instalaciones. Buen gusto en la decoración.

El sofá cama del salón un poco gastado y para dormir no es cómodo.

הדירה מרווחת מאוד והמיקום מרכזי, מזגן בכל חדר. מעבר לזה - לצערנו החוויה הייתה מאוד לא טובה :( The apartment is very spacious and the location is central, with air conditioning in every room. Other than that – unfortunately, the experience was very unpleasant :(

זו פעם ראשונה שאני כותבת ביקורת, לא יכולתי להתאפק הפעם. הדירה לא מתוחזקת. בחדר אחד אין תריס, רק וילון שלא אוטם לגמרי את האור. בחדר השני התריס תקול, לא ניתן לתפוס אותו כדי שיישאר פתוח. והכי גרוע - במקלחת יש ג׳וקים קטנים שמסתובבים על הרצפה. הניקוז לא טוב אז גם קשה לשטוף אותם ולהוריד לביוב. את שאר התיאורים אחסוך מכם… המצב הלך והחמיר עד שבלילה האחרון הילדים העדיפו פשוט לא להתקלח. שום מיקום מרכזי ושום מחיר אטרקטיבי לא שווים את התחושה הזאת בסוף היום בטיול משפחתי. התאכזבנו ממש :( This is the first time I’m writing a review, but I just couldn’t hold back this time. The apartment is not maintained. In one room there is no shutter, only a curtain that doesn’t fully block the light. In the other room, the shutter is broken and cannot be fixed in place to stay open. And worst of all – in the shower there were small cockroaches crawling on the floor. The drainage is bad, so it’s also hard to wash them away into the sewer. I’ll spare you the rest of the details… The situation got worse to the point that on the last night the kids preferred not to shower at all. No central location and no attractive price are worth that feeling at the end of a family trip day. We were really disappointed :(

Lovely apartment just as it looks in the photos. A/C in every room. Very close to the old city centre.

5th floor and quite a dirty building but the apartment itself is lovely.
