Fiquei no sexto andar e também no segundo porque me decidí ficar um dia a mais, ambos os quartos estão remodelados, limpos, tudo funcionando.

O Quarto do sexto andar não tem móveis de sala e o anúncio dizia que tinha, a INTERNET NÃO FUNCIONA NUNCA, NUNCA MESMO, o acesso da avenida de La Reforma ao edifício está imundo, aí vivem muitos mendigos e fede demais bem nas proximidades do hotel e obrigatoriamente tem que passar aí.

"Congelación de aire y servicio"

La ubicación, esta muy céntrico y cerca del museo de cera y ripley. También tiene varios restaurantes, Cafeterías etc cerca y muy buenos. Los taquitos de canasta qué se ponen atrás del hotel son de los mejores de la zona, 40 años de antigüedad los respaldan

Que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. Se congelaba, las noches no fueron muy confortables. Y a pesar de que se hizo el reclamo, no nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación. Solo excusaron con que la persona que da mantenimiento hiba muy esporaicamente. Pésima atención, ninguna noche pudimos dormir bien a causa del calor qué da en la madrugada con un aire congelado qué obviamente deja de enfriar.

"Beautiful convenient hotel in Mexico City"

José Luis at front desk was very welcoming. He is definitely an asset to the hospitality business. Keep him at all costs. The location was great, very close to Reforma and many landmarks like Monumento de la Revolución and Palacio de Bellas Artes are within walking distance. The room Is well equipped with a comfortable king bed, two smart TVs. A large bathroom with spa tub which we had not time to use unfortunately, a mini fridge and a microwave, also water bottles and coffee are provided everyday. It was a short but lovely stay, I will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect.

Proximity to Reforma Ave.

Don't eat anything in the room, little water bottles. Bag of chips on the table not in Mini fridge, they charge you for everything

"Buen hospedaje."

El servicio es bueno, y encuentran solucion.

Hubo un problema con el aire acondicionado por el cual, aunque tuvimos ventilador como solución, no fue tan eficaz. Sin embargo al dia siguiente nos cambiaron habitacion.
