Sapu's Mountain breeze Nuwara Eliya

We stayed at this hotel in Nuwara Eliya, and while the location was good, the cleanliness and hygiene were a complete disappointment. The bathrooms were a disaster, worse than a public restroom. The sheets, towels, and everything else in the room were stained and dirty. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here. I definitely do not recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The room was spacious and nice. It was within walking distance to the bus stop. The receptionist arranged a tuk-tuk drive for me. Overall I would recommend this accommodation!

It was kind of old-fashioned but that was part of its charm. I really loved my stay there and the staff were very nice and helpful. The mattress was the best I've slept on in Sri Lanka with a nice cozy blanket for the colder climate that Nuwara Eliya has.

The location.

The inn is in dire need of a deep cleansing. The floor, including the bathroom, the doors and light switches were full of grime.. The tv and wifi did not work. .

We arrived at 5.00pm to find our room hadn't been cleaned and were told it would take 90 mins because there was a power cut! They cleaned the bathroom by spraying the whole room down so we had to go through water to do anything. Dingy and damp
