Great treatment from the staff

Close to the airport, no more than 10 soles in the ride

Poor communication

Upon entrance it's dusty with what was supposed to be a sofa. It was so dirty. The environment was loud as they had persons working on the building. The receptionist had no clue of my booking and had to call someone on the phone. DO NOT BE FOOL BY THE PICTURES, ITS A DIRTY HOTEL.

I like the hotel was very near to the university where I should go to work

when we come to this hotel they say that our room is busy! that transferred us to another hotel same type , but it was not what we are expected! very dirty floors and other people's hair in the bed, jacuzzi didn't work

Amazing room and it was perfect for a relaxing stay after we finished the inca trail. The jacuzzi is huge and is extremely comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful and breakfast was delicious. The service goes beyond what's expected to help you out and they will make sure you have anything you need. We arrived very late and the lovely lady helped us out still with food delivery. Beds were extremely wide and comfortable for two people. Premium quality stay for very little money!

For us it didn't matter as it was only one night, but location is very far from centre of Cusco - around 40 mins drive during rush hour. I think the hotel isn't finished yet, as you can see some parts still need to be built - separation between room and toilet - you can tell tile wall isn't done just yet - again wasn't an inconvenience for us but worth mentioning.
