The apartment has a lot of potential but really needs renovations. The location is very good if you are by car, fancy area. The small garden in the front with its table and chairs is very nice.

The apartment was not clean. The refrigerator was dirty as was the bathroom. There were only 3 medium-sized towels and only 1 roll of toilet paper. The sheets were very old. The furniture, kitchen, and bedroom need updating…
