Great location and good food

The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff helpful and pleasant

The property was not well located and we were wholly reliant on taxis which were not a problem when procured from the hotel. We initially had a problem upon arrival has it was contended that we had only booked for 4 as opposed to 5 notwithstanding we provided our booking.com confirmation which clearly referred to a booking for five. The receptionist was initially insistent upon us having 2 rooms which were not big enough for 5. After threatening to take the matter up with Booking.com we were allocated a larger room and thereafter all the staff were very pleasant. We choose this hotel has it was close to Dreamsworld. I do think it would have been more convenient to have stayed in central Bangkok and to have traveled out to Dreamsworld

Friendly staff. Responsive. Even though quite some negatives the stay was pleasant. They need to do some renovation for sure.

Air-conditioning control badly placed. Blows directly on bed. Staff did not notice 1 light flickering until I unscrewed and put bulb on desk. Then they got the message. Warm water very low pressure. Bathroom not the cleanest. Breakfast not best quality. Haute House restaurant too expensive for the quality of food.

The bed was very comfortable and good quality linen

The overall grounds were not well cared for. Dirty windows. The bathroom shower was falling apart Water pressure was erratic and sometimes would completely stop. Maintenance inside room requires vast improvement. Room fittings were in poor condition. Not value for money

I like everthing about the hotel, its location and vet quiet away from turist area, food is great, rooms are very clean.

There is nothing i did not like.
