"Buenas ubicación. Apartamento desprolijo"

La ubicación es buena

Al llegar funcionaban 2 de 4 ascensores y al irnos 1 solo con colas de 10 minutos para poder bajar al lobby. El apartamento está muy mal mantenido, la pintura saltada en puertas, paredes y techo. Vidrios sucios. Por último encontramos una cucaracha.

La ubicación es fantástica y el área de la piscina es agradable

El personal del lobby no es amable, deben mejorar la calidad de servicio al cliente La limpieza es pésima, el baño y cocina de la habitación parece que tenía tiempo sin limpiar

I love the location of the hotel and the hotel itself is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel plenty of times before for vacation.

I didn’t like the room that I was booked for the amount that I paid for.
