Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out. Please note that to check the validity of the credit card and guarantee the booking, the property reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. Also the property reserve the right to charge the Credit Card provided in case of a No Show or late cancelation. Please advise the hotel if billing in settled by different credit card. Hotel will be taking a pre-authorization on shared credit card during the time of confirmation. Traveler is requested to inform hotel front desk at the time of check in if there is change in credit card details. As per government guidelines only fully vaccinated individuals are permitted into hotel premises, guests have to present the certificate at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
