The room was very tidy and clean. Property manager was also co-operative and well behaved.

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We’re in town for a stressful event and coming back to this room was very peaceful.

I had a great experience, they provided me with very nice decor! If you're looking for birthday surprise or aniversary you must be visit.Thank you very much for making our stay memorable.

Breakfast was on payment basis. While it was promised at the rate of 315 rupees, 419 rupees were charged. The terms of booking.com were not honoured. Food quality was good for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was average.

What was promised was not delivered. A separate bedroom and a living room was booked, but single room was offered. Breakfast was booked for 315 rupees, 419 was charged. Basic amenities like initial offering of drinking water was not there. No slippers, no tea bags. The only almirah was locked. Exhaust fan was missing. There was carpentry work late till night alongwith loud music played for the carpenters with no regard for the living guests.

Balcony was dirty, bed sheet had cigarette burns, closet was locked no where to hang clothes, water was not provided, utensils were dirty.
