The property was comfortable, warm and clean.

The was no fa ilities to make fresh coffee. We like fresh coffee in the mornings particularly. Having coffee cafeteria would have been a good. The mattresses on the bed were too sift for us. There was no downstairs toilet.

Great house, just 2 of us but would be good for a family. Walked various sections of the coastal path. Good places to eat..all pretty similar cost wise.We used public transport which is regular and can be used to get to the Cooperative in Anstruther.

A shop open on Sunday for the newspapers and rolls. That's a personal preference. All other needs were adequately catered for.

The property is lovely and clean with all of the facilities you need for a great stay. it is in an excellent location for the best parts of the fife coastal path. Ideal for dogs with the enclosed garden. Daryl provides a local digital guide with recommendations for pubs, restaurants and walks which was a nice touch and really helpful.

The comfort and location of the property were both excellent. We were situated in a lovely spot just minutes away from gorgeous coastal walks - 25mins from Anstruther by foot and 30mins from St Monan's. The house was spotless and had everything that we needed. It was exactly as described. The digital guidebook that was provided by the small business that manages the property was spot-on and a really helpful addition. I would return to this property again and would certainly consider staying in properties managed by Guide Us Breaks.

Great location, close to everything and wonderful sea views

The very noisy neighbours, children fighting and screaming half the night. Such a shame that the seals on the window had gone and the wonderful sea views are obscured and foggy.

Home from home with everything we needed

Would have liked a fridge with freezer (for the ice cream) but that's just a little negative and the only thing I could fault... otherwise perfect
