Good ac in the room. The location was close to a couple of shops and restaurants, and waterfalls, but everything else was far. Quite a lot of common space for hanging out.

There was dust and dirt in the room. There was also a cockroach in our room. The bed was supposed to be a large double bed, but it was smaller than a standard double bed. Wifi/own network didn't work at all in the room. Every aftenoon/evening the taps, showers and toilets didn't work, no water came out. They said we have to wait 30 minutes but we waited many hours before those works again. Most of the time there was no hot water or toilet paper.

Comfortable bed,air con worked ok and very helpful and friendly staff. Very close to the amazing waterfalls.

Water kept going off so couldn’t shower or wash at times. Small dated rooms.

Decent place with super nice air con. Located in a ‘local’ town not many foreign visitors which is a shame the place has a nice boulevard.

Walls are extremely thin so you hear everything. Bed was ok. Cold water only. Frustrating as the advert did not state this. There is a sign however stating you can ‘upgrade’ to hot shower. The room should have had hot water you shouldn’t have to pay more. Steps to the upper floors are quite high.

Place is much better than looks on the photos. The host is great. Same location.

Aircon was surprisingly New and quiet, usually you get a window Aircon for this price which are noisy, but not here... can sleep... :) Staff was very helpful with everything and make you feel at home, bed was big and matras new. good value for money
