Could not find the hotel at the location only. Oyo executive shifted me to another hotel 4 km far. That hotel also denied to give me room. Horrible experience

"Not good please don't book oyo property even if it is served by oyo"

Every thing first this hotel is not available at the name of as you promote and if I escalate this matter to oyo so they shift me 2.5 km away to my destination and that hotel is served by oyo but facility is very poor they denied to serve me water bottle and breakfast and ther is no lift and reservation manager Ms Kajal is very rude behaviour and then they again shift me osho inn ac goyala dairy that hotel is also denied to serve water bottle and breakfast in the call with agent they said we will provide and there they not provide
