No pool towels Shower head needs replacement

Clean bedrooms confortable beds

Environment: construction sites nearby so meaning noisy fire works during night time! Windows need to be improved!

The staff are very friendly, especially the male staff in the restaurant, very nice for care guests. The location was away from the downtown area, so I was able to sleep quietly. Air conditioning in the room is also fine. Next time, I want stay at sea view room. Thank you,

There was only an overhead shower, no hand shower. The shower drain was clogged. So, I had to clean it myself. But it was not big problem.

we very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. the room was quiet, but the hotel was in a good location for places to eat. Although there is much building work nearby, it didn`t spoil our stay. We liked the swimming pool, and the breakfast room has a great view. Staff were very helpful always.

Nothing, it was dirty and dated. I stayed for a night, but if I had to stay longer I would have cancelled and moved to another hotel. It was that bad.

Fabulous location for the beach. Beautiful pool area. The room was nice but the fridge wasn’t plugged in as it didn’t reach the socket. Luckily we could shift it closer. I plugged it into same place as tv but when our key was not inserted the fridge would turn off. It resulted in warm yoghurt and drinks.

Good breakfast, the staff even found cornfalkes when asked. On the 8th floor good views over the beach. Many resturants along the beach but many Chinnesse.

Next to a major build site, and many uncomplete buildings
