Residential Resort Condo by the Bay

I mostly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for an affordable place in a great location. It’s conveniently close to Okada Casino, Mall of Asia, several other major malls, and the airport, which made getting around very easy. The security guards were incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming throughout my stay. The place itself was clean and well-maintained, the views were amazing, the WiFi was phenomenal, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were very comfortable as well. Overall, I had a really good experience here and would absolutely stay again.

Here are the only small negatives I experienced during my stay. The property manager was very slow to respond during check-in, which made the arrival process a bit frustrating. The instructions also could have been clearer, and it would help if house rules and important information like trash pickup schedules were posted inside the unit like many other rentals do. One day, cigarette smoke from either a nearby unit or an upstairs neighbor came through the vents and made it uncomfortable to breathe inside the apartment, although I understand that part was outside of the host’s control. Aside from those minor issues, it was still a great place overall and I enjoyed my stay.

What I loved about the property was the cleanliness of the room when we checked in and the harborview in the balcony. The room has complete utensils and condiments that I need during my stay. The guitar in the room made my stay more relaxed. Please take care of it. The instructions for check in is clear. Walking distance to malls and supermarket like Landers.

No motorcycle parking in the property though I saw several motorcycles parked in the establishment. It is inconvenient to walk going to Okada just for parking.
