Warm shower and AC in room

Soulless Hotel in big shopping mall. Nothing interesting. Didn't really feel comfortable there as a solo traveler. Couldn't open a window in the bedroom.

"safe to say it exceeded my expectations, but there are so much room for improvement"

the location is very good, you can reach tourist spots within 15 - 20 minutes and since it is attached to a shopping mall, it is easy to get anything that you might have missed to pack. also, the beds and the sheets were really comfy. the aircon was really nice too

the towels are very dirty - i get that it is washed daily, but i think they can invest in some new towels. the wifi isnt that fast, and since the walls are pretty thin and i stayed in peak season, i can clearly hear people talk & babies' cries
