"Super vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers op een mooi plekje!"

Ontbijt was goed, genoeg keuze. Panorama zwembad was heerlijk. En de kamer was erg schoon!

Binnenzwembad is iets gedateerd. Er is overdag en in de avond weinig te eten te krijgen. Sowieso geen diner.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, czysto, przepiękny widok, baseny, sauna, sniadania smaczne. Barman z Macedonii dogadał się z nami w naszym języku, pomocny we wszystkim czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dziękujemy serdecznie za wspaniały pobyt.

Ho soggiornato al Finkenhof, dove mi hanno "dirottato" per un upgrade in realtà rivelatosi downgrade...!!

Bagno cieco, bidet assente, rotolo carta igienica già a metà, personale scontroso, brandina da campeggio spacciata per letto separato, menù alla carta su foglio plastificato (tipo kebabbari in Riviera)

Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich,(die Dame aus der Slowakei hat unseren Tisch fürs Frühstück auf der großen Terasse gedeckt ,große Auswahl an frischen Brot, Obst ,Käse. Swimmingpool sehr sauber und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung bzw. ins Tal. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten vom Hotel aus.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten war die Zimmereinrichtung wunderbar mit 2 seperaten Schlafzimmern.

posizione con vista incantevole sulla valle, piscine grandi, buona colazione

purtroppo una volta arrivati in stanza dopo le nuotate in piscina ci siamo accorti che mancava l'acqua calda, abbiamo avvisato lo staff il quale ci ha detto che avrebbero messo a posto il problema ma che cmq ci sarebbe voluto un po di tempo e cosi siamo dovuti uscire a cena senza poter fare la doccia. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere uno sconto sul prezzo del soggiorno per l'imprevisto che ci ha condizionato la serata.
